Aegis Media, the leading global media and digital communications group, today announces the acquisition of TRIO Digital Integrated (“TRIO”), one of the most successful full-service digital agencies in China.
Led by CEO and Executive Creative Director Chris Chen and employing 120 people, TRIO is well-known across China for its creativity in the digital space, having been named Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Greater China Digital Agency of the Year and Independent Agency of the Year in 2012. The acquisition will see TRIO rebranded to Trio Isobar to become part of the Isobar China group, which already includes wwwins Isobar and OMP.
Chris Chen will continue as CEO and Executive Creative Director of Trio Isobar, supported by General Manager April Chang and Deputy General Manager Britney Pai.
